Gatlinburg Tennessee Fire Victims

During our visit to Tennessee, it was an honor to Be a blessing to someone else. To help a couple families in need. Affected by the great fire that had hit the city of Gatlinburg. Home and property lost. but they are safe and alive. The community is strong. They endure, rebuild and press onward. We blessed these couple families financially, to help them get through this difficult time. We received this photo and a thank you.
"Muchas gracias por su apoyo para las familias necesitadas. Dios siempre manda a sus ángeles y ustedes lo fueron, Paco, Jose están muy agradecidos por su ayuda, que Dios siga bendiciéndolos en abundancia. Muchas gracias"
...this is what we are called to do. There is so much more we can do. more lives to bless. Make a difference. Help us help others. http://www.buildingfoundatons1x1.com

Every Day

"There are so many needs in the world, and our hearts cannot carry them all. You must walk to the priorities God has set before you." -Ravi Zacharias
Grants, Sponsors, Donors: Every day we receive many requests for help. Feed children. pay for clothing. pay for schooling. housing. medical bills. We can help when we have more finances. We must remain focused on the current needs before us. As we grow, we will be able to help more. "When giving to an effective charity, the size of your donation directly correlates with the number of people you are able to help. Why donate to charity

I just read a great quote this morning. Why donate to charity: "Even small donations have an impact. When considering poverty in the developing world, many people feel deep sorrow but conclude that there is nothing we can do. The scale of poverty is immense and we seem powerless to stop it. Such despair is understandable, but the facts tell a very different story. While poverty is indeed extreme and widespread, it is easy to forget just how many people there are in the developed world, and how powerful our pocket change can become when pooled together. When giving to an effective charity, the size of your donation directly correlates with the number of people you are able to help. But you don't have to be a millionaire to make a significant difference; even small donations have the potential to drastically improve an individual's quality of life." God’s Will is the Best Possible Plan

I read a great devotional this morning. Encouragement and Confirmation. Through the years of our life, God’s plan has taken over our life. We never imaging being where we are , where we are going, what we are doing. Serving in missions. starting a non profit. giving all our life to help those in need. We know with all our heart that God has planned the road ahead of us. As we let go of all we are familiar with here. As we let go of our jobs. or home, or location. And as we step out and go where we are called to. Serve in missions. Live a life Loving God, loving others. serving those in need. All this involves moving to #Tennessee, our idea is to be on our way about Springtime 2017. It’s a brand new adventure for us. There, God is preparing everything for us to live completely for Him and do what He has called us to do. Serve those in need in the community around us, in our nation, in Africa, anywhere around the world. God will provide every resource. God will provide all we need. Partner with us. as we grow, as we Trust God. See what God does through our service to others. Donate to our non profit http://www.buildingfoundations1x1.com
"Since only God, our Creator, knows what will enable us to be fruitful, fulfilled and foster maturity, only He can design a future tailored to our unique needs, talents and gifts. John 10:10 says Jesus came to give us abundant life. Thus…when the Lord reveals the next ‘chapter’ prepared for us and we say, ‘Thank you, Lord, that is just what I want’…is that not a manifestation of the abundant life?...doing what we were created to do and doing it with all our heart!”
I. God’s Will is the Best Possible Plan.
Ephesians 1:1-20; Colossians 2:2-10
:
A. The Plan: We can do many things without God (acquire wealth…start a business…get an education…etc.), but only in God’s will can we find true joy, fulfillment, faithfulness…and expect someday to hear from Him… “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
That wonderful plan God has already designed for your life and mine contains the very best of Purpose, Adventure, Fulfillment, Joy, and new lessons.
B. The Trust:. Whom do you trust? Is there a person in your life with whom you would trust your very life, if necessary? A spouse...a parent…a sibling…a very good friend? Think about that person. And then realize that God loves you infinitely more than that person with whom you would trust your life!
We can trust someone who loves us perfectly…perfect love drives out all fear” 1 John 4:18.
“Then trust the Lord completely, don’t even trust yourself. In everything you do, put God first and He will direct you and crown your efforts with success.” Proverbs 3:5 (LB)
II. Many Christians are Not Experiencing God’s Will for Their Lives. Why, What’s Wrong?
A. Eyes focused on things. A failure to yield our possessions …if there is something you own which you can’t give away, you don’t own it, it owns you!
Matthew 25:21…If God doesn’t get your attention on the ‘one-talent’ propositions in life, you’ll never get a chance at the ten talent ones! Our sinful nature…”All we, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way” (Isaiah 53:6) The ‘self-made man’ usually worships his creator…self!
B. Lack of knowledge about how to find God’s will (from scripture). There are many tests and formulas. Some valid...some misleading...and some dangerous.
The ‘closed door/open door’ policy (dashing to and fro looking for ‘open doors’ but finding only what seems to be ‘closed doors.’ Invalid because:
Looks for God’s will through a process of elimination rather than seeking god’s best first.
Fails to employ our God-given Holy Spirit anointed sound mind.
Allows elements of chance to influence a decision.
Not all closed doors are really closed…not all barriers are erected by God…some are mirages authored by the enemy to discourage and misdirect..
When Paul prayed for an open door in Colossians 4:3, it was not for guidance, but for opportunity. In 2 Corinthians 2:12 he actually chose to walk away from an ‘open door’ in order to find Titus. He chose to do so on the basis of the wise decision that finding Titus was of more value to the cause of Christ!
2. Impressions. Valid when:
Agrees with the Word of God.
The end involved gives Glory to the Lord Jesus.
It is reasonable (there are other voices our there).
3. The ‘God helps him who helps himself theory’…There is no such verse in scripture...God cannot help us when we are blocking His direction by ‘doing it ourselves’ apart from his guidance and power.
4. Looking for some big ‘Forty Year Plan.’ Invalid because God’s will is that wonderful settled peace (assurance) that ‘I am doing what God has directed, where He has directed…at this time. God rarely gives more light than needed for the next step.
5. Looking for God’s will in ‘Happenings.’ Invalid because although happiness may depend upon ‘happenings’…Joy depends only upon God!.
6. Looking for God’s will in some location or vocation. Invalid because God’s will is a Relationship (with Christ)…not a geographical or vocational search.
7. What about a ‘fleece’ (Judges 6:36-40)? Gideon’s fleece was not for guidance because God had already given specific guidance. Gideon was not asking for circumstantial evidence, but for confirmation
III. God Wants Us to Know His Will for Our Lives.
His will for our lives is not designed as a complicated mystery or puzzle which we have to decipher. He is a God of love.
Psalm 25:14…”The Lord Confides In Those Who Reverence Him. He Makes His Covenant Known To Them.”
John 7:17 “Anyone Who Chooses To Do God’s Will, Shall Know It.”
IV. How Can We Know God’s Will for Our Lives? Three Conditions:
Are you willing to do God’s will BEFORE you know what it is?
Are you, right now, clean? …cleansed according to 1 John 1:9 (Spiritual Breathing). We cannot expect to know God’s will if we are knowingly harboring unconfessed sin.
Are you surrendered …focused on Christ? (Filled with the Holy Spirit…according to Ephesians 5:18)?
GOOD NEWS: If Christ is on the throne of your life right now…you are in the exact center of God’s will for your life…because God’s will is not a location or vocation…it is a relationship. When we stay in that relationship, the vocation/location issues work themselves out in many natural and supernatural ways!
V. Why are We Here?
Our first and foremost ‘calling’ is a simple one. We are called to Jesus. That is, we are called to know Jesus more and more…better and better. We are called to an intimate relationship with the Lord of Lords.
Secondly: There is a unique calling common to ALL Christians? We are appointed as Ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20. The Great Commission to make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20) should be a continuous measurement of the use of our time, talent and treasure. Never lose sight of your primary calling. II Timothy 4:5…But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist “discharge all the duties of your of your ministry.” This is not an instruction to be a ‘Billy Graham’…but simply to do the ‘work’ of evangelism as a valid portion of your daily lifestyle. God is looking for full-time Christian architects, engineers, plumbers, postmen, butchers, policemen, carpenters, scientists, nurses, etc.
VI. Change. From time to time God will bring us to an ‘intersection’ in our life when an imminent change is obvious…He is about to open a new ‘chapter’ in our adventure and the Calling of following Jesus.
A. As we seek to discern His will in regard to an approaching ‘change, it is often helpful to remember the following:
Do Our Homework (gathering the facts). God specializes in the impossible (doing for us what we cannot do). But He will not do for us what we can clearly do with our own Holy Spirit-empowered mind…i.e. investigate fully all ‘options’ He has opened before us (there is always more than one and usually at least three potential ‘good’ options).
Evaluation. Each option should be evaluated and measured by the following criteria:
Prayer. Ask God to guide and thank Him for wisdom.
Make a ‘pro and con’ list evaluating the opportunities each option offers for spiritual ministry (point V-b above).
A comparison to ‘heart’s desire.’ If you have been walking with the Lord (Christ on the throne), then the ‘desires of the heart’ are a valid confirmation. Psalm 37:4…”Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” ‘Delighting yourself in the Lord is another way of describing ‘Christ on the throne’ lifestyle…a focus and close relationship with God which gives Him access to our heart (decision-making center) and…to implant a desire for that very thing in our heart…the ‘next chapter’ which he is about to open to us.
Since only God, our Creator, knows what will enable us to be fruitful, fulfilled and foster maturity, only He can design a future tailored to our unique needs, talents and gifts. John 10:10 says Jesus came to give us abundant life. Thus…when the Lord reveals the next ‘chapter’ prepared for us and we say, ‘Thank you, Lord, that is just what I want’…is that not a manifestation of the abundant life?...doing what we were created to do and doing it with all our heart!
Take the counsel of men and women-of-God whose testimony and walk-with-the-Lord you respect.
The inner voice of the Holy Spirit.
Convergence and timing of circumstances.
3. Step of Faith. When there is a certain synchronization of the above evaluations on one of the options, then is the time for a ‘Step of Faith.’ Not a ‘leap’ or ‘jump’…but merely a step…in the direction of that option. Psalm 37:23, 24…“If the Lord delights in a man’s way he makes his steps firm; although he stumble he will not fall for the Lord upholds him with His hand.” The step may be a very small one…such as filling an application…or going for an interview. But a ‘step of faith’ is very important. Some Christians commit the error of doing their homework and evaluation but then sitting and waiting on God to give a sign or otherwise overtly confirm. But if that were the way God leads, faith would not be needed. “Without faith it is impossible to please God.”…Hebrews 11:6
4. Confirmation. The ‘step of faith’ allows God to confirm the direction of the ‘step’ by delivering His Perfect Peace (the Peace that transcends all comprehension…Philippians 4:7)…or…a perfect lack-of-peace. The difference between these two is unmistakable. If the peace is there, keep stepping…in the direction toward that option…and God will continue to confirm. If the peace is lacking, re-evaluate and pray again about the options. Then take another ‘step of faith.’
“How can I Recognize my Destiny?
First it’s a desire that won’t let you go. Paul cried, “woe to me, if I do not preach…(1 Corinthians 9:16). Being queen was Esther’s position, but saving god’s people was her destiny. That’s why she risked everything and said, “…If I perish, I perish” (Esther 4:16). We’re not important–God’s purpose is!
Second, your destiny will be more than a job, it’ll be a joy. Yes there will be sacrifices but through it all you will say, like David,“I delight to do thy will, O my God.” (Psalm 40:8) What a way to live!
Third your destiny will unlock your creativity. It will open doors and bring the right people to you. God’s purpose always carries with it God’s favor!
Finally, your destiny fulfilled is the only thing you will want to face God with. He won’t say ‘well done’ over the money you’ve made or the reputation you’ve built. He’ll only say it because you found and fulfilled His purpose.
This world delivers doubt and death
But we are dying too
For no bomb is so surely mortal
As death inside of you.
Some men die by bullets
Some men go down in flames
But most men perish inch by inch
In play at little games.
Surrendering to God’s will is no little game…but rather the ultimate in adventure. Yes, God’s Will includes trouble, trials, and tragedy…but it also includes the problem-solver and God of all comfort, our Savior.

An eMail: Greetings From Ghana 4/15/2016

This is our life mission. to help those in need. make life a little better one life at a time.
We havnt heard from Pastor for months. because his laptop broke down. Finally we got a friend to help fix it. And Stephen was able to respond.
Here is a big request regarding The Gonzalez Educational Complex. Needs are always occurring. this is common. with many children, needs always arise. They try their best to maintain. But they can use our help. All our help can make life greatly better for these kids.
Anyone can give. When we all contribute a lot can get done. We certainly cannot do all of this by ourselves. But God always provides and makes a way.
This family, this school and Church in this community are just a piece of Hearts desire to serve.
Over 20 years ago God first called us to this relationship with Stephen Acquah. out of knowing this beautiful  Man of God, we reached out and now have partnered with numerous families and individuals throughout Ghana.
Please Consider Giving and helping meet need. and maintain projects. and Help more people not only in Ghana but here in The USA our own communities or anywhere around the world.
This is our life mission. to help those in need. make life a little better one life at a time.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL.
The school is doing it best to prepare a future leaders with all godly fear and good morals. Those who completed last year have had good senior High schools. They were eight (8) students. Now the present JHS3 are only two (2) students both are females. they are going to have their Basic Education Certificate Examination in June. we have accommodated them in the school as boarders for the past four (4) months preparing them fully to face the coming Examination.
The school have had many activities like
1. Sports and games 2. Choreograhy, cultural and traditional activities 3. Science, mathematics,English and Bible quiz and singing competitions. we excelled in these activities ,won many trophies and certificates.

WASHROOM and TOILET
We have engaged an attendant  to take good care and clean the washroom. She makes the place very neat and pleasant. we are facing some challenges .
1.The pupils often damage the washroom and toilet facilities. we are always repairing the broken ones
2.For the past four (4) months we are facing water problem due to severe dry season ,water in the well dried up till now we still  suffer water shortage.  The students fetch water in my house so when there is no tap they have to go outside to draw water somewhere.Last month one of the students fell into certain well when he needed some water.God is so good he did not died.As a result of it , we shall need to have a drilled one .
we invited some water expert to help , the only advised they offered is to have new drill borehole and it  was estimated to GHC7000.00

 SCHOOL BUS
The school bus is becoming older  and is given us problems daily.we spent much on it when we sent it to the workshop for maintenance. the bus could not even work through out a week, some times  it could not take the pupils to their houses and left them on the way side. when we hire a bus it cost us more than GHC70.00 each day. we really need a new school bus because this gives us more problems.

KITCHEN
We have no problem in the kitchen. Everything in the kitchen is in good condition eg, gas cylinders, stoves, cooking utensils and etc.
CLASSROOMS
The classrooms are good, the students are enjoying the  the ceiling fans during the hot season. All fans are working and are in good conditions.
the school will need another classroom to house this present JHS2 who are going to be promoted to JHS3, for they many the JHS3 classroom can not contain them. that is why we need another classroom. we have started laying blocks on the 2nd floor up to the lintel level and we are praying to have funds to floor the upstairs.
FURNITURE
We may need some furniture . we have repaired some of the broken but others are be young repairs

FENCE
Fencing the school compound to keep and protect the kids from going out during the school hours.
To concrete the school ground to make there neat ,beautiful and comfortable for teaching and learning.

FOOTBALL CLUB
It is very wonderful to have such club in the church and the community. It is another way to reach the youths with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to share fellowship in the community. Last year we had series of tournament of which CHRIST FC had second (2nd) position and we also had trophies and certificates.
Now we have braked for awhile and we shall resume training and league soon.

THE CHURCH
The Church is doing well  in evangelism and other programs. we are enjoying the ceiling fans but we need some assistance.
1 Generator-  to produce light and also use instruments in time of worship service.
2 Ceiling the church house to reduce excessive heat during the service.
3 CREDIT UNION
The church has started a Credit Union  to generate  some funds or capital to support an individual members who need assistance  in their trading. Most of them are suffer poverty and others do not have any work to do. for we live in the very low income workers  community.
My loving greetings to all my families.
Thank you once again for your love for us and the fellowship you share with us and also a partner in HIS kingdom ministry.

We Need You

WE NEED YOU!
We are looking for at least 300 people to commit to giving $5.00 per month on a 2 year, 3 year or 5 year commitment. Each month we rely on a handful of people that give what they can to help us help others.
Our goals are :
To partner with a large group of people
Obtain support from our family, friends, organizations and church communities
Make the monthly commitment of giving as easy as possible
To establish and build up a cash flow on a monthly basis in the general fund
Be ready and able to jump into action the moment we hear of or receive a request to help someone in need.
To continue to support the many ongoing needs @ The Gonzalez school and PLC
Since 2007, we have seen the fruits of what a willing heart and faithful giving can achieve. Through a few large gifts and regular support from people who have shared the vision. We have been able to: Build a school that educates up to 350 students. Organize Saturday reading clubs and field trips. Pay for school fees and school supplies. Build a church in the ghetto's of Kumasi. Provide care for Orphans and Widows. Bring health and eyeglass clinics to villages. Provide medications and medical insurance. Taken in children whose mother died of aids last year. The list goes on and on. The requests for help come in daily.
We can not do it on our own, We need you. Would you consider helping us on a monthly basis? Your support may seem minimal but if 1000 people join us it will have a great impact in the lives of litterally Thousands of people around the world.
98% of your money goes towards what it is designated for and is 100% tax deductible. We are willing and ready to meet the needs of others in our community, throughout the U.S A and around the world.
A month ago, a young mother on facebook sent out a desperate late night plea for help to the SCV. Andy and I responded to that plea. We were able to buy and drop off some medication for a sick child. It is our desire to help others in any way we can. Would you consider being part of that by giving? Please return the attached Commitment form to us. You can give $5 monthly, $20 every 4 months, $30 every 6 months or $60 Annually. The keys to success and obtaining our goals will be in keeping your annual commitments. There are some that may be able to give $10 or $20 per month. We will also accept One time gifts. Every dollar matters.
We want to make your giving as easy as possible, if you do not want to mail a check or do not want to forget to give each month. Please go to our face book page BuildingFoundations1x1 or website and press the donate now button. There is also a link for paypal.
You can designate what you would like your donation to go towards:
There is a need for the 2 boys now in our care. They will need everyday care for food, clothes , school fees , school supplies and medical insurance
We want to create a lunch program at the Gonzalez school and provide every child with a free lunch. For some of the kids, this may be the only meal they eat that day.
We need help to continue to provide training classes and materials for the widows, single moms and elderly women to learn a trade.
We are continuing with the construction @ the school to build the second story Jr. high and highschool classrooms.
We want to complete the children's wing and sunday school classrooms in the new church building @ Perfect Love Chapel.
We want to continue to visit and bring food and clothes and school supplies to the orphans in several villages throughout Ghana.
We need a monthly cash flow in the BF 1x1 general fund to continue to help with small needs in our own back yard and around the world.
With your help and the help of 999 other people like you , together we can make a difference in this world. One life at a time.
Please incude your email address so we can send you regular updates and photos of the needs being met through your financial support.
Our goal is big and 1000 monthly supporters may seem impossible in our eyes but God can bring them. Would you also consider sharing with your family , friends and social groups.
On behalf of the Building Foundations board , we thank you for your help in advance.

Making a difference in the world. One life at a time. Please Consider giving. Make a difference in the lives of those in need. Check out our website: http://www.buildingfoundations1x1.com
   10 Reasons to Give.
1.Even small donations have an impact.
But you don't have to be a millionaire to make a significant difference; even small donations have the potential to drastically improve an individual's quality of life.
2.Giving benefits the world's neediest people.
3.Poverty can be solved.
Effective interventions can break the cycle of poverty for the world's neediest people. Preventing and fighting diseases can keep children healthy and in school. Effective healthcare allows parents to continue supporting their families when they might otherwise have to care for sick children or themselves be disabled by debilitating illness. Aid provides those living in extreme poverty with the essential resources necessary to attain a better standard of living.
Poverty is a problem that has proven solutions, and giving plays a crucial role in combating extreme poverty. According to the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) , fewer people today are living in extreme poverty than just a few decades ago.
4.We have the financial resources to combat poverty.
When we read the statistics about the number of people living in extreme poverty, the scale of suffering can seem immense. But the facts about aid and relief distribution tell a very different story. While 702 million people live on less than $1.90 a day, those of us living in the developed world have significant collective resources at our disposal. Focusing solely on the U.S., it would take just $3 per American citizen to come up with a billion dollars of aid money.
How much money per year would we need to meet the most basic health and nutritional requirements of the world's neediest people?
There is enough money in the developed world to easily meet the most basic needs of the world's poorest people, many times over. It is possible to give without diverting resources from educational or healthcare programs in the developed world, and without making any significant impact on the quality of life for potential donors.
5.Giving makes us happier.
Research has shown that spending money on ourselves does not significantly increase our sense of happiness or wellbeing. A Harvard Business School study  suggests that giving to others is directly correlated with an increased sense of happiness. The Harvard researchers write: "Happier people give more and giving makes people happier, such that happiness and giving may operate in a positive feedback loop."
Other studies have shown that people experience pleasure when they see money go to charity—even if this money isn't their own. People experience the most pleasure, however, when they give directly to charity  themselves.
6.Giving brings us closer to creating the world we would want to live in.
The 2.4 billion of us living on less than $2 a day account for roughly 34% of the human population. Even though all of us would like to think that our sense of wellbeing, political freedom, and personal accomplishments are the results of our own efforts, we know that none of these realities are possible without certain essential material conditions: food, clean water, shelter, basic healthcare, and political stability.
Are you comfortable living in a world where there is more than a 33% chance that a newborn child will be one of the 2.4 billion people living on less than $2 a day without access to some of these necessities? Inequality leads to violent crime; they are not only correlated, but a distinct causal relationship  has been found time and again across the world and within countries with varying levels of equality. Giving lets us work toward building a better world—one that's safer, healthier, more stable, and happier for all of us.
7.Giving works.

The fact that extreme poverty still exists causes many people to claim that development aid isn't working. In fact, effective aid efforts have been repeatedly proven  to reduce death rates and suffering in developing countries.
8.Giving is a question of justice.
Most of us know that while we may work hard, there are external factors that help bring our efforts to fruition, and these external factors largely depend on where we live. Being born in an affluent nation greatly increases our chances to benefiting from good infrastructure, healthcare, access to education, and the availability of stable jobs.
For people born in a developing country, the chances that their hard work will pay off are greatly diminished. They may not be able to work due to an illness for which they can't afford the treatment, there may not be any work available, they may not have the education required for a job that pays a living wage – the list goes on. Mere daily survival is all-encompassing.
This means that people in developing countries are very often at an unfair disadvantage compared to others around the world. Children have no say over where they live or whether they receive an education. Struggling families may take their children out of school so they may contribute more immediately to the family income. This contributes to a cycle of poverty that traps people who may be extraordinarily smart and hard-working, yet beholden to circumstances over which they have no control.
9.Giving is in our nature.
Have you ever felt compelled to help someone – a gut reaction as you witnessed a struggle and recognized that you were capable of support? Whether it is a person stumbling on the street or falling on hard times because of illness, whether it is someone close to us or a complete stranger – our first impulse is to help.
Most of us will also be familiar with how it feels to fight against our impulse to help. We might resist giving money to a beggar, not wanting to exacerbate the situation should the person spend it on drugs or alcohol. We also know the guilty feeling after we decide not to help someone who is clearly in need.
10.Giving is tax-deductible.
Your gift to an organization with a qualified non-profit status might entitle you to a tax break (the status of an organization may vary from country to country, with some organizations represented in many countries globally). Charities will usually send you a receipt for your donations at the end of the financial year (others do this for every single contribution), so keep an eye out for them and sort them with your other tax documents. In some countries such as the United States, you need to itemize your deductions in order to receive a tax break.

Simply Give

Our mission grew in Ghana but reaches out here where we live. our mind is always on Help Others. here's a few occasions that have happened doing what we are called to do. locally we meet a young man at the register of the store. cannot pay for the few items he wants to buy. WE pay the bill for him. A mom cannot leave home, she needs some medicine late at night for her baby. she posts a request online. we see it and we go out and buy it for her. In Ghana, there are two orphan brothers that need a home. and they need to go to school. we have our Pastor family take them in. build them a room. and we pay for them to go to school. several times, there's a young child in need of medical care. two children were hit by cars. one is malnourished. We pay to get the care they need. There are many children and orphans. And widows in need of basic requirements. food, housing, education. we come along side and meet these needs one at a time. We help who we can. And in Ghana the issue of auto accidents is very alarming. we see so much news of tragedy and death from so many auto accidents. With partnership of local organizations, we are starting a campign to Teach one person at a time and spread the word of the importance of Safe Driving. Helping who we can. Building Foundations 1x1. We are Called to love others, to serve others. This is our passion. This is our life's mission. Come along side and help those in need. “Bring to the storehouse a full tenth of what you earn so there will be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD All-Powerful. “I will open the windows of heaven for you and pour out all the blessings you need. I will stop the insects so they won’t eat your crops. The grapes won’t fall from your vines before they are ready to pick,” says the LORD All-Powerful. “All the nations will call you blessed, because you will have a pleasant country,” says the LORD All-Powerful.” Malachi‬ ‭3: 10-12 NCV‬‬ Personally we are not wealthy. But we have what we need and then some. We are good stewards, we manage our finances well. We have the resource and ability to do some extra good in the world to help those in need. That is why it says in the Scriptures, “When he went up to the heights, he led a parade of captives, and he gave gifts to people.” The whole body depends on Christ, and all the parts of the body are joined and held together. Each part does its own work to make the whole body grow and be strong with love.” ‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:1, 7-8, 16‬ ‭NCV‬‬ Anybody can help. Committed givers. Faithful givers. Simple Need

Around Christmastime 2015, Julie was online on facebook. she noticed a post. A single mom home alone with her baby son sick with a fever. this mom was asking for help. she had no way to get to the pharmacy to buy some liquid Advil. Julie watched the posting for a moment. then, it was about 1130PM, she asked that we go and get some advil for this mom. No problem, why not help. this is what we do. we met this mom, a stranger. gave her the medicine. she wanted to pay us. we refused. We let her know that this is the reason why we help one another. God blessed this mom that evening. People should go out and do more to help one another.
